Trackmania Nations Cup

Three weeks ago, Electronic Tournaments launched the first TM2 edition of the well known Nations Cup. Renamed TNC (Trackmania² Nations Cup) on Canyon, this competition pits different countries that had to form national line-ups for the occasion.

All the groups match have been played except for the pool B made up of 5 countries. So we already know which countries are qualified for the playoffs in the 3 others pools, we will find the favorites as France and Germany. We will also find Sweden that showed us a good potential even without Frostbeule and should be a good outsider in this final stage.

The pool A is a really close one, Germany has only lost one map during this group stage. It was the last one played versus Sweden (4-5), this point has enabled Swedish to qualify by taking the 2nd place just before the Netherlands despite they made a draw in their match (2-2).

Here is the pool with 5 countries, there are still 3 countries able to qualify to the final stage. Poland is first at the moment but will have to confront its two direct competitors and don't let them take points to stay in the top2. It seems difficult for them according to Norway and Australia results.

This pool C was without surprise, all match finished by a 3-0 score. Czech Republic and Russia qualified easily to the quarter-finals. The klovni's Finland ends in a symbolic third place of this pool.
