With their two victories in as many confrontations, n!faculty was Favorites against the French team UBITEAM. But things change and as you will see, the Ubi players prooved it!

map 1: 5-7

A difficult start for the French players as n! Faculty directly led 3-0. We said then that the match will be on a one way ... just a formality for n!. But it was not counting on the responsiveness of Toto and his teammates. Then UBITEAM started to play equal skill with their opponent to maintain the gap to 5-3, then they increased the tempo while enjoying the errors of their opponents. They won four runs in a row to win the first map! 

map 2: 7-1 

But N!faculty has not ruled on the scene TMNF this year for nothing and the reaction came instantly! Rapid, regular and with their two masterpieces (Frostbeule and Karjen), they did not let time to Ubi to breath. Then they won the second map on a large score of 7-1 to comeback in the match.

map 3: 2-7 

The two teams were the same up 2-2 at the begining and we could feel the pressure of each side. And who would have predicted at the time that n!faculty would gain their last run in the STC? Ubi players were untouchable from that moment and made every runs cleans. Then they wons run after run to win the final map on the decisive score of 2-7! 

"So already I'll start by saying ... BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM

Hmm ... I am still under shock has the time when I'm doing this commentary, I'm on mumble with all UBI and we still have troubles to beleive it ^^ 

we were really well prepared and we trained almost every day together, basically we really gave everything. 

We knew we had the means to win, so we managed to give everything for it, and it works! 

I really enjoyed the state of mind we had all the week of training, we were really optimistic and we believed it all! 

So we are all so happy to reach the stc final, it is exceeded our goal so far. And beat such a team as n!faculty who dominated the whole year 2009 is truly amazing! 

Otherwise I'm going to say a HUGE GG to all my teammates for the match which will remain in our memories. 

Now, after having enjoyed our victory, we'll give everything again to reach our best level and try to beat TOX :)

This match was undoubtedly the best dual of the semi finals. After their defeat in ESL Premiership, the opportunity was given to Yoyotech to take their revenge. We knew both formations were close and could therefore expect a great fight. 

map 1: 6-7

The british multigaming started the match by the best way thanks to a really awesome Hakki Junior who were certainly trying to save his last mistake during the last confrontation between the two teams. So Yoyotech started to win runs one by one and were ideally placed to win the first map leading 2-6. However, Inferno-Tox players decided to react and then began a real comeback. We then tgought they were maybe able to do the same thing than against Dignitas ... and they nearly did. At 6-6, they had to concede the last run and the map. Big scare for Yoyotechs but with a nice ending for them! 

map 2: 7-5

This second map is truly representative of this game: tight! Both teams showed us equal skill for a long time with many draws and only one point to separate them. But the Inferno-Tox have been able to accelerate while enjoying the mistakes of their opponents to gradually increase the gap to 6-4 lead. And despite a small scare, they managed to win this map and return to equality.

map 3: 7-4

As in the first semifinal, both teams had to play on the third map. While the first two runs seems to announce a close map, Inferno-Tox managed to take the lead tanks to 4 points in a row. The score went to 1-1 and 5-1 ... then 6-2. But YoYoTech woke up and tried to make a comeback. They won 2 importants points in a row but failed and InFerno-TOX took the last points for the match victory. 

A game that has shown the power of the European team to get out of difficult situations. This allows them to reach the final of the STC meeting UBITEAM in a match dominated by frenches players. 

Yoyotechs could not take their revenge and must therefore await the ESL Premiership to be measured again to Inferno-Tox. With some new recruits like Frostbeule or YoYo freshly in, the next opposition will surely be in their favour.

We must still admit that this game will not be remembered. Many errors and bugs on both sides, certainely because of pressure but also maps which were quite difficult to master. But no matter how, only result is important. We are very pleased with our qualification.
