The 4th september 2010, Electronic Tournaments will open a new website who will be more modern than the other one.


What's new ?


The first thing ET worked on is the design. Indeed it will change a lot, in particular regarding the leagues sheets. It will give a modern touch to this internet site, and will be more efficient with new tools.

Indeed, every player will have to register with its TM login and community code. And with this login, the player will be able to choose the team he wants to compete with. Therefore there will be no possibility to play a league with 2 teams anymore.

Admins worked on the forum, and on the fact that it won't be used it to register or to unregister to a tournament anymore. For every line-up, there will be a team coach that will build his team by managing it with a password system. With this password, every player will be able to join the team.


mazzyfred told me (I tortured him) that ET will be able to propose some more flexible competitions: there may be some changes on the ET rules...As for the ESL cup, there may be some playoffs with a Loser Bracket system and also some week-end cups.

Here are the news that Mazzy accepted to tell me, now the first competition with this new system will be the SL7, starting on September the 29^th.
